Orders, villa installations and subscriptions
These Terms govern orders and services provided by Bouquet Oltrarno ("we") to clients ("you") for seasonal bouquets, hand-tied arrangements, villa foyer pieces and subscription posies in Florence and surrounding areas.
Market Bouquet of the Week purchases are confirmed at the studio or by pre-order email. Custom hand-tied arrangements and villa foyer installations require a written quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless market availability changes materially.
Villa foyer bookings require a non-refundable deposit stated on the quote—typically 40% to secure the installation date. Balance is due before delivery unless agreed otherwise for retainer clients. Subscription posies are invoiced monthly in advance.
Market bouquet pre-orders may be cancelled before stems are purchased on Wednesday. Villa installation cancellations within 21 days of the date forfeit the deposit and may incur stem costs already ordered. Subscription pauses require seven days' notice before the next scheduled delivery.
Delivery windows are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, hill road conditions, weather or incorrect address details you provide. Risk passes on delivery to your designated recipient or villa contact.
Floral products depend on seasonal market availability. If a specified stem is unavailable, we substitute with comparable variety and colour tone unless you request otherwise. Significant substitutions are communicated before tying or installation.
We provide care instructions with each order. Vase life varies by stem, season and environment. We do not guarantee a specific number of days beyond industry norms for fresh product properly cared for.
We may photograph completed work for portfolio use unless you opt out in writing before installation. Personal photography at private villas remains your responsibility.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order except where Italian consumer law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect loss such as event rescheduling costs beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Florence or your local jurisdiction if you qualify as a consumer under EU law.
